Trek & Marin bikes are sold under the following conditions:
- Delivery of the product can only take place at the dealer's authorised retail location to the consumer who is purchasing the bicycle
- The dealer must make delivery to the consumer in person at Dealer's authorised retail location, and not make delivery by any other means
- The dealer shall ensure that the bicycle is delivered to the consumer with the proper owner's manual and manufacturer's literature intended for the consumer, is properly assembled and in good repair, and is properly sized and fitted for the consumer
- The dealer shall not sell any product to a dealer not authorised to sell Trek products nor export outside Great Britain
