That's why we don't mail order out bikes (apart from
folding bikes) or hand over any semi-assembled or flat-packed bikes to our customers - we have a big issue with other shops that treat you in that way.
Then we carry on looking after your bike for you: any bike over £250 gets
3 free services in the first year.
Each bike gets its own service record booklet, so that you can keep track of how often you need to change your chain, brake blocks, etc.
But it doesn't stop there: we are there to hand out oodles of advice if asked.
